Returns Policy

Refunds

We see all our sales as final. We do not accept cancellations or 'Change of mind' matters once a payment has taken place, therefor we do not provide refunds.

Repair/Exchange

If an item were to arrive damaged please get in contact with us immediately and we will happily discuss repairs or exchange* for the exact item if the following requirements are met:

  • The item is not to be worn, must be unopened and in the original condition and a picture of proof where the damage is fully visible must be provided to us before we can accept an exchange/repair.
  • The item must be posted out within 30 days after receiving package in mail.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping and item will be sent out to the customer once the shipment amount has been paid forward.

In the case of an exchange, a new item will not be shipped out to the customer until the original piece has been received and inspected, compared to the 'picture of proof' and the decision to go forward with the exchange has not been altered by the condition of item. Once a decision has been made about the exchange, customer will be contacted and notified via email.

Customer is responsible for any losses in value if the item is not returned to us or does not match with 'picture of proof'.

*Some of our stock (beads, components, etc) are no longer available due to discontinued lines or other factors.
Due to the nature of gemstones and handmade beads/components, they may be different in size, shape or colour, therefor they will not be exact to the ones visible in pictures.
